How can I buy my cap or beanie?
To realize a purchase on our website, you only have to choose one or more of our available products and buy them using our online purchase system. If you have any problem or an error comes up during the purchase, don’t hesitate to contact us at hello@beaniefield.com.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer unique sizes for all our products.
Which payment methods you accept?
We accept one of the following payment methods: Debit or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) + PayPal. We satisfy all security standards when it comes to the data you provide us. All your information is going to be secure and safe at all times.
We don’t store any of your banking information supplied during the purchase of any of our products. To process your order, your data is going to be encrypted and sent safely through our payment gateway, which meets the most advanced security standards and is in charge of completing the transaction with your bank.
I have made a mistake introducing my personal information during the purchase; can I change them?
If you have noticed that you made a mistake during the purchase of your beanie / cap, write us to hello@beaniefield.com and explain what happened. We’ll modify it as soon as possible.
I haven't received any order confirmation, is everything okay?
Once your order is completed you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received any in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can’t find it, send us an email to hello@beaniefield.com and we’ll send you a copy.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have to cancel your order and you have already received your order confirmation, please write us to hello@beaniefield.com. We’ll process your cancellation and refund you your money within the next 5 working days.
Products
How can I clean my beanie or cap?
Beanies: Handwash, preferably using soap or shampoo. Never wring the beanie. Lay it out flat to dry it. Be sure the beanie is fully dry before storing it.
Caps: just clean them with a wet cloth.
What materials do you use?
Our beanies are made of a variety of Alpaca, called baby Alpaca famous for its softness, wear, texture and elasticity . For our caps we are mainly using 100% cotton.
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship and deliver?
Products available in Beaniefield.com will be delivered to the messenger within 2 working days of after receiving notice of the purchased order. The delivery of the products will be made by courier so timing will be different depending on the destination, the time the order was purchased and availability of the product (we will let you all the necessary information by email in case it´s needed).
Does the shipment cost me anything?
Our system will calculate shipping costs based on some parameters dictated by national courier and you can check the cost of delivery at the end of the collection of your order by reading the summary of your order under “Shipping”.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return or exchange an order?
In order to request a shipping label for a return you will have to follow these simple steps:
- Send an e-mail to customer service, where the order reference number is clearly specified (you can use the section Contact Us).
- You will receive from the customer service an e-mail with instructions to fill out the form to obtain a refund.
- Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a confirmation.
- Beaniefield will make the refund amount due within 5 working days.
What is the Beaniefield's return and exchange policy?
After receiving your beanie or cap, you can exchange or return it during the next 14 working days without giving us any reason. In case you observe any manufacturing defect on your product, please let us know as soon as possible by writing to hello@beaniefield.com. You’ll only have to explain briefly the defect and supply us your order number. Meaning that any other defects caused by external factors (accidents, wastage, misuse, improper use of the product) remain excluded from the warranty. The same goes for products that have been manipulated, altered or repaired by the customer or any other non-authorised person.
After your product gets to our warehouse, we’ll refund you your money during the next 5 days directly to your PayPal or Bank Account, depending on which you have chosen to pay in the first case.
Important note: the shipping costs for returning products will be assume by the client.
How long is the exchange and return period?
You can request an exchange or a return within 14 working days after receiving your beanie or cap.
What happens if the beanie / cap I want to return or exchange is used or in a bad condition?
If your beanie or cap has a fabrication defect, don’t worry because our warranty covers these defects. But if we notice that the product has been used of is in a bad condition, we might charge you up to 100% of you purchase amount for compensatory damages.
