If you have decided to buy one our fantastic caps or beanies we will work hard to send it to you as soon as possible. Please take a look to this section to know how much time can it take to receive your cap/beanie and all the conditions of the Delivery Policy.
Getting the order
- The delivery of the products will be made by courier so timing will be different depending on the destination, the time the order was purchased and availability of the product (we will let you all the necessary information by email in case it´s needed). We currently ship purchase orders to Europe.
- Products available in Beaniefield.com will be delivered to the messenger within 2 working days of after receiving notice of the purchased order. We’ll do everything we possibly can to get your beanie/cap to you and if you have any questions, we’re happy to answer all of the above when you email email@example.com.
- At the time of shipping, you will be notified by email; that will tell you how to take charge of your package.
(Our system will calculate shipping costs based on some parameters dictated by national courier and you can check the cost of delivery at the end of the collection of your order by reading the summary of your order under “Shipping”. Please carefully review the details of the order and expenditure in order to avoid various problems before placing your order and especially before paying).
Risk of Loss – Product Insurance
All products purchased from Beaniefield are relying on a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We insure your cap/beanie during its transit until it is delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. To complete the delivery, we require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased product(s) passes to you. If the recipient of the product is someone other than you for delivery purposes, you agree that evidence of a signature by such recipient or at such recipient’s delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery by us with responsibility for the purchased product passing to you.
The customer will have to follow these simple steps:
- Send an e-mail to customer service, where the order reference number is clearly specified (you can use the section Contact Us).
- The customer will receive from the customer service an e-mail with instructions to fill out the form to obtain a refund.
- Upon receipt of the return, the customer will receive a confirmation.
- Beaniefield will make the refund amount due within 5 working days.
The right of withdrawal will be ineffective or will not receive the full amount of the refund if:
– The product is not returned intact
– The product is not returned in the same original packaging
– The product is not returned within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product
It will only be refunded the full amount (product price plus shipping costs) if the conditions of time and return of the product are the ones specified in this page.
If the product is damaged, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (you can also us the section Contact Us for this purpose) with attached photographic documentation of the cap or beanie. The email will also have to contain the reference to the order number and shipping number. Within the start of this process we will continue to proceed so the refund can be made. If the customer prefers a new shipment of the same product, Beaniefield will take care of the shipping costs.
Important note: the shipping costs for returning products will be assume by the client.
